William Eggleston: from the Los Alamos collection.
I recently came across the top photo & loved both its banality & fantasy.
The red-haired whimsy looks like she could be taken straight from the pages of an ethereal editorial from the 1970s.
Eggleston was duly recognised for securing colour photography the credibility it deserved in the art world.
