Food Outtakes

Biscuits, of a sort, sandwiched with a salted caramel sauce I made a while back, poured into an ice-tray for such purposes, or to stir into ice-cream...
mm, cherry jam bubbling through the crust...
my Bakewell almost met the standards of Pain de Quotidien <the current favourite..

thanks! i really would recommend the bakewell tart recipe, it's super easy - i used lemon zest instead of orange to add some citrus flavour..
