I love dropping by for a bite to eat at Canela, a cute & stylish little Portuguese cafe near Seven Dials in Covent Garden. I had chicken baked in lemon & thyme, with some well dressed salad. Afterwards, we headed next door for opening night of Anna Christie at the Donmar. I don't think i've ever watched a play here before, & it's such a lovely venue, so intimate & small, you feel this close to the characters. Ruth Wilson & Jude Law starred, creating a terrific tension, & whilst Jude Law was certainly worth a glance (or to quote one of my friends, "wow, someone's been working out!"), Ruth Wilson stole the show for me, the scourned belle who reveals her past...

thanks - yes they're potato chips :)
the red clutch wallet is a bit battered but i still love it. you can almost still make out the stitched hearts if you look close enough!
