Coral Bay

OK, so i'm somewhat addicted to the colour coral this spring/summer. I love it paired with tan or nude tones & bare skin. This top sort of evokes Valentino to me, the flowered collar gives it such a feminine edge, tied into a bow at the nape of the neck.

skirt by Zara, blouse & bra by Topshop, earrings by Banana Republic, lipstick: Coral, Revlon, nail-polish: Coral, Barry M.

Barbie Pink

lipstick:carnation by revlon, nail-polish:molly by bloom.

Shamelessly enjoying a Barbie pink beauty moment: someone commented yesterday that my nails looked like they had been dipped in neon highlighter. Yeah, that's how I roll. Pink lipstick is incredibly easy to wear, as demonstrated by the gorgeous Taylor. & I love this top, a new purchase, it's sort of sewn into a knot above the midriff (Kristen Stewart style), which turns out is pretty flattering, & has a visible black zip running down the back, Lanvin style. I'm wearing a pearl-buttoned woollen cardigan from Benetton. It's my go-to: I have it in 4 colours (black, deep blue, light blue, yellow), & considering more.. tan/oatmeal, or green-accented duck-egg blue are on my wish list...(I'm not sure they actually produce these colours yet, but we can but dream...!)

Make Me Up In Summer Neons

Ever since learning that over-plucked caterpillars aren't the most flattering addition to the face, I've become a big fan of the strong brow. Natalia & Brooke do it best. Use She Laq by Benefit to banish errant brow hairs.

I'm a huge fan of Benetint, also by Benefit (in the original red ink, although they now have a pink in the collection). Dab directly to the apples of your cheeks (found when you smile), extending upwards toward the brow, plus a little down the nose for that sunkissed look. Blend well, & repeat several times in order to build natural layers of colour.

Lipgloss is easy; go for a bright lipstick instead for a more sophisticated yet still playful look. I'm wearing Carnation by Revlon.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
